'EXERCISE, PRODUCTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE'
FREE BREAKFAST SEMINAR

Renowned international speaker and exercise guru to the stars, Professor Greg Whyte, will kick off this breakfast seminar looking at the latest evidence on optimising the health of your workforce and will discuss the links with productivity and performance.

Greg's talk will be followed by Simon Shepard CEO of Optima-life who will give a presentation exploring technological advances in the objective evaluation of stresses experienced both at work or in everyday life. He will look at a pro-active approach to dealing with this modern day phenomena.

Professor Greg Whyte PhD DSc FACSM
Greg is Professor of Applied Sport & Exercise Science at Liverpool John Moores University. While he is widely celebrated in the academic arena, Greg has been much acclaimed for his work with Comic Relief. He has helped a host of stars dare to dream, pushing themselves both physically and mentally to achieve extraordinary endurance feats, including David Walliams, in swimming the Channel, Cheryl Cole, Chris Moyles, Ronan Keating et al climbing Kilimanjaro and more recently Eddie Izzard in completing his round UK marathon challenge.

Simon Shepard
A Chartered Physiotherapist by training, Simon has also worked in professional sport primarily with Middlesex CCC and the MCC. Passionate about improving the health of the nation, Simon was instrumental in developing a unique collaboration between Optima-life and Firstbeat Technologies, one of Finland's leading research and development companies in the field of heartbeat analysis technology for preventative healthcare, lifestyle management and sport.
