What is it about?

This product incorporates all the elements of the Performance Master Class and offers participants the chance to wear a Bodyguard, the ultimate in digital performance monitoring (and smaller than a match box) over a 48 to 72 hour period.

Outcomes

The monitor collects data which is downloaded and interpreted. Individuals will receive a personalised portfolio of reports that are designed to reinforce and influence key performance messages. You will learn about how you are dealing with:
